These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of regrowclub.com and any purchase from Regrow Club, operated by Glowdoor Media LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy, Shipping and Refund policies.

Products

Regrow Club products are cosmetic products for external use on nails. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results vary from person to person. Read the label and follow the directions and cautions. Do not use on broken or irritated skin, keep out of eyes, and stop use if irritation occurs. Children 4+ should use the products only under adult supervision. If you have a medical condition, ask a healthcare professional before use.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, products and offers at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed for resale, or contain a pricing error. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds, including the 90-Day Bite-Back Guarantee, are covered by our Refund Policy.

Digital bonuses

Digital items included with your order, such as the 30-Day Bite-Free Program ebook, are for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Reviews and content you submit

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, including on our website and in advertising. You confirm the content is your own, truthful, and does not violate anyone's rights.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Regrow Club or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as stated in our Refund Policy and to the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
